Product Introduction:
The equipment is manually placed into the positioning mold, the foot pedal switch is started, the rotating disk is turned to the ultrasonic ear loop welding place, the equipment starts to cut the ear loop at a fixed length, the air cylinder clamps the ear loop and sends it to the ultrasonic vibrator, presses down the welding, after the welding, the rotation continues to weld the other side, after the binding, the air cylinder lifts up to replace the new material and restarts.
The size of equipment ear loop is adjustable, the rotation angle of welding ear loop is adjustable, and the spacing of ear loop is adjustable.
The equipment is equipped with ear loop detection function, and automatically stops after ear loop failure.
